Whenever I’ve been promoted the support that was promised hasn’t been delivered so I have ended up much more stressed than was necessary.
At my last job I was promised training courses to give me some understanding of my new management role and some were given but I found that others were useless.
Then my boss became too busy to spend time with me and I found the responsibilities too much ans became more and more depressed.
Eventually I left to go to another Company and am much happier
